Book review – The Little Book on CoffeeScript

JavaScript sucks, even if Brendan Eich says it’s good enough (unbiased? lol). Its syntax is hateful, and CoffeeScript (CS from now on) came to solve this (among other problems). I have to write JavaScript in a regular basis, and learning CS seemed a good shot to make it more pleasant. I picked up The Little Book on CoffeeScript, written by Alex MacCaw, and it was a great source of information for a beginner like me. The book talks about the basic CS syntax, and it’s full of good code examples. It’s short, concise and perfect for people that want learn CoffeeScript basics.
